📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – S.DRIVE TRANSFERT

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between S.Drive (SIREN 834824047) and any individual or company booking a private transfer service.
Booking a transfer with S.Drive implies full acceptance of the following terms.

1. PURPOSE

These Terms apply to all passenger transport services offered by S.Drive, whether booked online, by email or via messaging.

2. BOOKING

A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from our team.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate details: pickup time, pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers, and luggage details.

3. VEHICLE CAPACITY & LUGGAGE

The customer must ensure that the number and size of luggage is compatible with the selected vehicle.

➤ Standard bookings (individuals):

• Up to 3 standard-size suitcases per transfer (4 allowed if dimensions permit).

• Each passenger may carry one personal item (backpack, handbag, etc.).

➤ Partner agencies – CONFORT category only:

• Up to 4 passengers and 4 suitcases, as long as it fits the trunk space.

📏 Size reference:

• Cabin-size bag: maximum 115 cm (L + W + H)

• Large suitcase: maximum 155 cm (L + W + H)

❗ Any excess luggage not declared in advance may result in the driver refusing the transfer with no refund.

4. CHILD SEATS / BOOSTERS

Child seats or boosters are available free of charge, only if requested at the time of booking.
If no request is made beforehand, the driver may refuse the transfer without refund.

5. CANCELLATION

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup

• Within 4 hours: 100% charged, with no exception or force majeure allowed

6. WAITING TIME & EXTRA FEES

🛬 AIRPORTS:

• 1 hour free after actual landing time

• After that: €15 per 30 minutes started

• If the client gives no response within 10 minutes after the free time, and does not confirm the extra charge will be paid (cash or card), the booking is marked as no-show and charged in full.

🚉 TRAIN STATIONS / 🏨 HOTELS:

• 15 minutes free waiting time

• After that: €10 per 15 minutes started

• Same rule: no confirmation within 10 minutes → no-show

7. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

The driver is entitled to cancel the transfer without refund in the following cases:

• More passengers or luggage than initially booked

• Missing child seat when needed

• Aggressive or unsafe behavior

• Client not present at pickup after the allowed time

8. PAYMENT & TAXES

Payments may be made by credit card, cash, or bank transfer (for companies).
Prices are in EUR, and shown excluding VAT (10%) unless specified otherwise.

• 🇪🇺 EU-based companies with a valid VAT number: invoicing without VAT

• 🌍 Non-EU clients: subject to French VAT, unless exempt by law

Invoices are available in English or French upon request.

9. LIABILITY

S.Drive is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and punctual service.
However, S.Drive cannot be held liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, police checks or other external causes

• Forgotten personal items

• Misreporting of passengers or luggage by the client

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, jurisdiction will fall under the courts of the company’s registered address.
